Staff was excellent! Ischel helped me choose a room that fit our needs and was so considerate. The grab and go bags were a lifesaver for an emergency snack or water during our long days at the park.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we got.

Our family trip to Disneyland was pretty good overall. The hotel had a convenient location, which made it easy to get to the parks with just a short walk. The staff was very pleasant and helped us with late checkout for a small fee, which was a nice touch. However, we were expecting a more traditional breakfast instead of just to-go bags and vouchers for Denny's, which was a bit disappointing.

Comfortable king-sized bed, clean shower only room, which included free coffee in the lobby and a lovely outdoor pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day out.

i had a fantastic time at this hotel during our date night. the staff was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with room options that suited our needs. the beds were super comfy with lots of pillows, which was perfect after a long day at the parks.

The room was clean and neat, but there was a bit of a damp smell that was noticeable. The bath/shower worked fine, and I loved having four comfy pillows on the bed. It felt a little dated with old wallpaper and carpet, which could use an update. Also, I had to walk through cigarette smoke from a nearby smoker, which wasn't great either.

we had a lovely stay at best western. the facilities were impressive, especially the pool and hot tub. it’s super close to all the disney attractions, making it really convenient. also, the front desk staff was friendly and provided great tips on local activities. we appreciated the free hot drinks available in the reception!
